You refers to the individual or entity using Our Services.
Order means a confirmed purchase of one or more of Our Services.

Refunds for Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital content and educational services, all purchases are non-refundable once:

Course access has been granted,
A class or live session has started, or
Digital materials (e.g., PDFs, videos, tools) have been accessed or downloaded.

We do not offer refunds for:

Live or recorded webinars,
Online coaching or mentorship sessions,
Subscription-based content,
Downloadable tools or resources.

Exceptional Cases for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment was made for the same service.
Technical issues on our end prevent access to purchased content for more than 48 hours, and we are unable to resolve it.
You have not accessed or used the content in any way within 24 hours of purchase, and you submit a refund request within that time frame.

Course Cancellation or Postponement by Us

In the event we cancel or reschedule a live session or course, you will be notified and given options to:

Attend the rescheduled session,
Receive credit for another course,
Request a full refund (only if you have not yet accessed any content or attended any part of the service).

Gifts & Vouchers

Gifted digital services or courses are non-refundable and non-transferable once access is granted. No refunds will be issued for expired or unused voucher codes.
